NodBuddy is a check-in app for your safety. Set a check-in interval and hold a button for 3 seconds to confirm you’re okay. If you miss a check-in, up to 5 buddies you chose receive an SMS asking them to reach out and give you a Nod.
SMS for buddies: Buddies receive a one-time invitation text and must reply 1 to opt in or 2 to decline. They are only texted if they opt in and a check-in is missed. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

When it’s time, simply press and hold the button for 3 seconds to confirm you’re okay and reset your timer.
